With the new pressing device ACO202XL Novopress offers a handy alternative to the well-known machine ECO301. Versatile in the field of compatible crimping - from 12 -108 mm metal or 14-110 mm plastic - designed for the use of the compatible jaws available on the market. The intermediate jaws ZB221 and ZB222 were developed especially for large nominal diameters (> 64 mm). For these applications, the device has a longer stroke of 80 mm, with the same force of 32 kN. In order to be able to press both large nominal diameters and with compatible jaws, the device is equipped with a so-called return stroke limitation. When using compatible jaws, the user can shorten the stroke to 40 mm and thus save time in this type of application. The finger guard, the manual retaining pin safety device and the optical fault indicator ensure safety when working. The ergonomic design and the rotatable head also help the user to easily reach press stations in tight installation situations.
